STEP-1 : Right click on the taskbar and select task manager from the list

You should not make any mistake in writing ‘net user’ otherwise command will not be accessed. Here, in place of Newusername and Newpassword, you have to write your new username and password. Like, we are using ‘abc’ as new username and ‘pass’ as new password.

The command will be-

net user abc pass/add

Do not capitalize the words as Powershell is case sensitive.
